Television commercial to online video

60 Second Commercial – Television Commercials

An online business commercial is one of many ways to publish information about where you work or your business. This could include many things but we advise these basic guides for doing it the correct way.

1.    Branding

2.    Who, what, when, where, why, and how.

3.    Cross Promote your web site, specials, and location

Examples: Okellys  Mexican Village

There are many ways you can use this information. One of the most popular is posting your video on YouTube™. YouTube™ isn’t just for personal videos and if you followed the elections then you my understand the impact it has for search engine placement, brand awareness, and your business.

How do I shoot my own video?

The very first thing you will need to do is check all equipment you need. This includes batteries, space on the digital devises, and if you can transfer the video to your computer. Next, you will need to plan a script or what message you intend to get out with the video. Is your video a general commercial, a video for specials, or seasonal items? Write out your plan and know your script. Finally set up to shoot a test run, then revise and shoot another video until you are satisfied the video sends the right message for your business. Remember the basic guide to a successful video and you should be set.

Why should I even bother?

This is a good question. Online video marketing isn’t the start or end all of your marketing needs it’s just another marketing tool. What we do know is businesses use many marketing vehicles to create brand awareness, increase exposure, and possibly generate new business.  This is the same concept for your next online video, and you should be as creative and informative as possible, because it may become the next viral marketing piece people are e-mailing and viewing.

Can I use my current television commercial?

The answer is yes. If you have had a television commercial produced then just ask the communication or marketing company, or source for a web version of the ad or commercial.

Why should I post my information on this site?

We are currently publishing videos with business listings, contact information, logos and contact information for the local area so this information can be found.
